Green Mount Harley is a team, its a family, its a way of life. Bikes need service, as they are very important to us. Lincoln has waited on me probably 10 plus times over the 96000 miles I've put on my bike. Lincoln has addressed my needs and made suggestions of what service work I should have done, safety of bike and overall areas of concern, etc. I would recommend him for all your service work.
In my opinion a honest salesman, and a do right service advisor are critical to the reputation of any company. I've spent over 40 years in customer service and I know a thing or two about what works and what doesnt. If I had to pass one thing on it would be = In my opinion, could Green Mount offer a discount to seniors, more specials on tires and oil changes,, more sales advents, offer a discount to repeat buyers,, etc absolutely.
